Roy Mangrum and Terry Barga have joined forces and picked up the torch to continue on with the Music City Fit Expo! Terry has many years of personal training experience with countless success stories and has dedicated his life to helping others better their own. Roy is also an entrepreneur who started out as a vendor at the Music City Fit Expo and has now grown a successful clothing line for the fitness community.

The Music City Fit Expo, the biggest fit expo in the state of Tennessee is back, this summer, Saturday June 18th at the Nashville Fairgrounds and is once again bringing the opportunity to be placed in a room together, see some fun fitness events, shop some apparel, walk some booths, meet some new people and see what the city of Nashville has to offer within the fitness industry.
