Bag of Joy Bagel Co. in Spring Hill, TN is something that may long exist after the COVID-19 pandemic passes. Nick and Kailani DeLorenzo, along with their four children, have created Bag of Joy Bagel Co. after temporarily losing both incomes due to COVID-19 closures. They did what any family should do in times of crisis, which is not panic, and think outside the box to make income. They got together and thought, “How can we pivot and support our family to make income when we CAN’T do our normal jobs right now?”. So, they started making bagels in their home kitchen and the rest is history.

Within only a few weeks of existence, Bag of Joy Bagel Co. grew to over 1,000 Facebook followers, sold out of bagels multiple times, and have already been featured by Fox 17 Nashville and News Channel 5 Nashville.
